Admissions Process

Welcome to Oasis International School of Ankara, Turkey. We want the admissions process for you and your child to move in a smooth and timely fashion. To help make that possible, we are providing you with a general outline of our admissions process.

Step 1: Determine Eligibility

Students must possess a foreign (i.e., non-Turkish) passport and

be able to obtian a Turkish residence permit to enroll at Oasis.

Step 2: Contact our Admissions Counselor

-Email or phone our counselor, Stacey Leonard, to set up an appointment through email at staceyleonard@oisankara.net or call at +90 (312) 285-7524
 

-Contact our Admissions Counselor to receive an Oasis information packet, hear a description of Oasis, and take a personal tour of our facilities and campus if you are in town. 

-Contact our Admissions Counselor about any special needs your child may have (e.g., limited English, learning disabilities, medical needs).

-You may also contact our counselor for any other questions or concerns.

Step 3: Submit a completed Application

-Complete and submit all required documents (including all family data, residence information, and parents’ signatures) via our online application linked above.

Step 4: Admissions Testing (if needed)

-Have your child complete admissions testing (if needed), which will be determined by the admissions counselor.

Step 5: Acceptance or Wait List

-Receive an official admissions decision informing you of acceptance and grade placement (generally via email).

Step 6: Pay the Capital Fee

-Pay the capital fee and arrange for bus service, if desired.

Step 7: Registration

-Agree to follow the guidelines in the Parent / Student Handbook.
-Receive a login to the school database (Sycamore school management system)
-Complete any supplemental forms (e.g., medical information form, liability release form, elective / Bible class form, etc.).
